Sun
Sand
Resort
Luxury
Just us.
We went to the island
We went alone
No one to bother us
A week of relaxation
Just us.
Sleeping in
Spa baths
Exotic foods
Lounging by the pool
Just us.
Reinvigorated
Rejuvenated
Re-energised
Ready again
Just us.
Coffee
Tea
Tingles
No tangles
Just us.

I love this. It’s so different to what I wrote about a holiday. The funs and things we look forward to.
Thank you so much happy you enjoyed my poem.
Immersly.
Tangles would be good wouldn’t they ..wink wink
Depends on your perspective Jenny. I was going for the tingles personally.
But surely you would get tingles when you tangle? Smiles
See your mind works in such interesting ways, I do see where you are coming from.
Thank you..glad you saw where I was going with it.. Smiles
Where is this island? I want to go!!
I’ll let you know when I get back. If it’s any good I’ll pass on my recommendation.
oooh ilike the tingles x
You are not the only one Justine. Thanks for reading and getting the tingles.

Thanks Mandy I hope so.
Sounds perfect.
I love ‘tea, tingles, no tamgles’ 🙂
Thank you Pooky, sounds good to me too.
Now that’s my kind of holiday! Sea, sand, tingles, coffee…. yes, I could get behind that,or in that, or whatever. Really nice holiday you took us on Michael.
Well I am hoping so. Thanks for reading and your comment you are appreciated as always.
Idyllic. Nice to think about in contrast to the current winter experience.
Oh so very true Peter, it’s cold here tonight.
I feel the romance in your heart with this & other recent poems. LOVE!
This reminds me of my 10th year anniversary. We splurged & went to Fiji. We had a wonderful time.
As you would its a lovely part of the world. I am just a short plane ride from there, next time come over and have a cuppa with me..
Oh – if ever in your neck of the woods – I would so show up at your doorstep – LOL
And – you are always welcomed here too.
Thanks I’ll look out for you.
