That was so beautiful, Michael–even if it did bring me to tears. Such a tragedy. My heart goes out to Sean Abbott. This is something I doubt he’ll ever get over.

Thank you Oliana, it has been an event that has touched so many, but I feel for his family who must be shattered.
Right away I caught on that you were writing from the point of view of the cricket player. That makes it an even more powerful message for all of us. In this way, you are helping him touch all of us, all over the world. And I know little about cricket (baseball, football–yes) and nothing of this young man. Strong message, Michael.

I looked up the gent. I did not know anything about him. Any death at so young, is tragic.
