Mindset
It was clear from the outset that the mindset within he small community was intractable to say the least.
They lived in fear of the worms in their garden believing they were controlling their minds and that their doom was only a matter of days away.
They found a God to pray to, make sacrifices to and generally hope the worms would go away.
But the worms were a resilient lot, with a mindset of their own and stayed deep under the ground plotting and planning against the villagers.
The early morning rumbling from within the earth reinforced their mindset that the end was now imminent.

Interesting. Lots of possibilities.
Always lots of possibilities Tric. Hope you are doing well today.
Thank you Michael. It’s not been my favourite day of the year but as with any not so great day, it’s only 24 hours!
Yes I did notice….take care of you…
I’m thinking they all need to get some chooks for their backyards – possibly front yards too.
That’s a good idea. I hope there were chooks around.
Do we need to be on guard against worms? I mean it is possible they could unite and cause problems. Fun story, Michael, thanks for sharing. And what are chooks?
Chooks are what we in Australia call chickens 🐓
I didn’t know chickens eat worms I thought they just eat seeds and grain.
No they eat worms and grubs, they come from a prehistoric background.
