The first made me smile — conspicuous indeed — at that Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Parlour!
The 2nd has me worried. Perhaps that’s why bad luck has followed since the move from the country. The treasure — growing our own vegetables.

The second entry is very mysterious, so much story there to be developed. The first one, for me, associates to the “If you like Pina Coladas” song (and I refuse to be convinced differently!)
