Today’s things are: poison, noose, inheritance 

Today was dress up weird day, and Miss Teresa did not disappoint us any more than she did on any day. She came with a huge collection of beads hung around her neck as if she was wearing a noose. She thought she looked fabulous, which she did, but we weren’t going to give her that compliment and poison our us and her relationship.

She claimed the beads were an inheritance she had received from her eccentric Aunt Gert. Her Aunt had died from taking far too many poisonous herbs in the belief they would make her young again.

By lunchtime, Miss Teresa had removed the beads as their noose like qualities were beginning to get in the way when they dangled in front of us kids especially Dango, our class clown.
