Today’s things are: coat, swimsuit, fine

Miss Teresa advised us that as Friday was to be a fine day we were to bring our swimming attire as she would be taking us to the community swimming pool.

My mother being my mother worried about such things. As I wasn’t a great swimmer and as I had a susceptibility to catching a cold she insisted I wear a coat to ward off such a possibility.

So, we went to the pool, and Miss Teresa told us to strip down to our swimsuits as she headed off to the change room.

When she emerged, we boys stood in amazement.

She wore an ittsy bitsy teeny-weeny yellow polka dot bikini, and we were stunned. Her swimsuit accentuated her womanly bits, and though we were yet to experience puberty, it must have been a relief to her as we never took our eyes off her.
