When Bunder our Elf on a Shelf comes to visit there is no end to the mischief he gets up to.
He might be found playing with a child’s toy, stealing the candy canes or hiding on top of a cupboard spying on the grandkids.
The grandkids are amazed when he turns up.
He appears out of nowhere and moves to a different spot in the house each day.
This week he is visiting my three small grandsons who love him and treat him with the greatest of respect.

Bunder in action yesterday riding Santa’s sleigh and coveting the grandkids candy canes.

Bunder is going to need a nice long holiday when Christmas is over 😀
Yes and I have just the spot.
Bunder is such a great idea for kids. Wonderful tradition they’ll pass on to their kids. I just saw a commercial on TV tonight selling what looks like Bunder called Elf on a Shelf.
Oh and I see yours IS an Elf on the Shelf. Missed that. I’m in the US so I guess it’s around the world that elf is. 🙂
They have an uncanny ability to get around I have to say.
That’s him. Marjorie looks longingly at mine I know that. 😀
Lucky for you she can’t run very fast right now so she won’t get far if she gets any ideas.
Yes true but the elf is away on elf business so he is safe from her coveting eyes.
Ah yes. I recall he’s at the grandkid’s house.
Yes this morning I saw him holding their Mum’s wooden spoon 😉
Lol I imagine that caused quite a stir!
Causing a stir is the very nature of the elf. From pinching candy canes to Christmas decorations to kids toys you never know what they might get up to next.
I can only imagine!
Bunder sounds like a busy elf. I am sure he is enjoying the holidays but must be exhausted when January comes. Thanks for sharing with In Other Words.
My pleasure we have a lot of fun with him
Bunder sounds amazing! I would love to know what he knows!

Bunder’s a bit like the fly on the wall isn’t he, hearing all sorts of stuff…..but he is having fun with the grand kids…
