My father and brother were both builders and so I have inherited a builders yard. Some things remain like this old cement mixer, its cover over the years subject to the whims of nature, mainly the wind.

Very evocative!
Thanks willow, I don’t think there are many things more mundane than an old cement mixer…hope you are doing well today.
I had a hectic day, not sure what tomorrow may bring but I dare say I will survive. how are you. 💜
I have a sore throat that wont go away, otherwise I’m a picture of health, cough, cough..
Have you tried Honey, lemon, gliserine and whisky. It works wonders for a soar throat!
Ahhh…no willow, the honey and lemon, yes not the whiskey, as I don’t have any. My sister told me this morning to buy some zinc drops and all would be good…
Well not heard of Zinc drops but fisherman’s friend lozenges are good! The honey and lemon in hot water will help too, if you have no glistetine or whisky 💜
Thanks I am feeling better tonight
I am glad to hear that💜
You are quite mindful to capture this from the builder’s yard. It is interesting to know that the tarpaulin used in same in design everywhere in the world!
Yes I think available anywhere. Thanks for the comment 😁
My pleasure. 🙂
I love the gritty texture of the yard which you have captured.
Thank you so much, your comment is much appreciated.
