Word-High July: Tinatangi – Someone Special

They appear once in your life

That someone special

The person who captives,

Holds you mesmerized.

When they speak you focus

On their every word.

They take your breath away

The reason your heart skips a beat

When declaring they care and love you

Just for being you.

    Excellent. Still waiting for mine…

      Never too late Stella…..

Sigh…that’s what they say. Long before now I reached the point where I didn’t care anymore, and the more time passes the less interested I am. I think of all the compromises I’d have to make…not to mention that giant leap across the chasm of fearful distrust… I’m more than content with my “ghost” 🙂

  2. “Beautiful. An economy of words to speak universes of love,” she said.

  3. rosemawrites says:

yes, Michael. 🙂 I am a believer that this kind of person comes once in a person’s life only. And you told that message creatively, and beautifully. Yes another lovely piece. ❤

Perfect description of the word Michael!

This makes me think of the song “One Boy, One Girl”. In this song, the singer talks of how everyone else disappears, they only see each other. A love like that is wonderful. Have a great week.
