A circle is about to complete.
Time to move on,
Find new pastures
Bask in the sun
Frolic in the rain
Find new lands new love.
Pencils down, time is up,
Red pen, blue pen
Mark mark mark!
Hours concentrating
Pithy comments
Oh so necessary
Country to city,
Home to house
Children turn up
Move in
Feed and clothe
Schooled in a fashion.
Play each day,
Discover self
Give it a go
See what happens
You never know
Might work.
Kids who won
Kids who lost
Care for each
Some days a trial
Others a delight.
Always we smile.
Finally feel
I have the hang of this
And its out to pasture
Out on top,
How good is that!
Life moves on
Another chapter begins
A new page, new song.
Be brave ring, book, commit,
Know folk love you.
My circle, like my life
Enlarges exploring new horizons
Excitement mounts
Doors now open
The past?
Words take on new meaning
Open ways to engage
Opportunity, advantage
New friends emerge
Fresh beginnings.
